• Planning all activities that aren't meetings
  • Ag Info Day, Homecoming Float, National FFA Week activities

Chapter Operations:​

• Create workshops to help members complete their AET record books
• Increase CDE and SAE involvement
• Select and manage GOAT of the Month

Multimedia:​

• Write and mail invitations
• Manage the Templeton FFA website
• Manage social media accounts
• Create promo videos for meetings

Fundraising:​

• Communicate with sponsors
• Write Thank You's
• Fill out fundraiser requests
• Get and instruct volunteers at events

Monthly Duties:

     Our committees work very diligently on planning meetings, and communicating about our events to the members. Along with that, they try to make the members resources up to date and helpful. this includes updating the website, writing on bulletin board, and making announcements for every event. Each committee is required to give a report at the end of the week on their duties and improvements.
