Career Development Events:

These events teach members the skills it takes to have a career in a given agricultural field that they plan to pursue. Our teams practice multiple days a week and learn skills that they can apply to their jobs later on. Advisors and members put in many hours and travel across the state to compete. Anyone interested should contact an advisor!

LDEs help members develop knowledge of leadership and the skills necessary to be an effective leader throughout life. Leadership development events are a great way for students to improve their speaking skills and develop their confidence in front of an audience. We offer help and practice to any member who expresses interest in learning more!
